V-DAY Clothes
tally-weijl.com
This is a set that I made using Polyvore for Valentine's Day. I love Valentine's day and I really like dressing up for it. The floral dress and the AE shirt both are very me and I love it.

How I Live My Life {02/07/2012}
Uhmm. I feel bad because I said I would be posting " How I Live My Life " twice a week and I'm not. I doubt anybody reads this unless you like my blog but in which case you do, why don't you comment more? Actually "Tee" is probably the only one that comments.
I got new deodorant! I know it's not exactly the biggest thing to get excited about but this is seriously cool deodorant. Apparently, they say that they use minerals that create an invisible layer of protection against odor. {Or something like that.} That's not even the amazing part though.
It's this. Instead of your average little stick, this one is a ball. I shake it so the liquid will like splash the ball, making it wet and then I apply. It's so cute!
I also got a lovely new hairband from one of my friends. It's leather and I love it so much! It's looks so hot.
I also tried water marbling and it sort of worked. It looks disgusting and I had to splatter Vaseline over my fingertips before putting them in the nail polish. If you don't know how to water marble, Youtube it.
My favourite is my pinky. It looks cute and it turned out the best. Now, as I'm typing this, I keep on glancing at my nails because of how vibrant they are.
One last note:
While I was scooping icecream, I noticed these little flakes on the side. Most people would call them ice crystals or pretty but I think it looks so gross. It looks like mold is growing on the side. I hate it.
I added a button! Now you can grab a button. It's underneath my ''about me'' on the side and GRAB IT! I spent so long looking through my photos for that one. Just copy and paste it on the side of your blog in an HTML post.

Valentine's Day Card
I took a piece of tissue paper and I unfolded it. {It's from Walmart} and there is a big hole because I used it for another project that should be up soon. Anyways, we're only using a little bit.
So, if you can see the 'seam' kinda, cut along the line. And by seam, I mean the fold lines.
Cut a small strip like that.
Then fringe it. Like, cut little lines but not all the way up to the top, just about 3 quarters or so.
Take any size of paper you want and fold it to make a card. Then glue along where you want the fringe to be.
Stick it on gently and trim the edges that stick out off.
Tada! Repeat until you have covered as much as you wanted.
I made a mini one too.

How I Live My Life (02/02/2012)
Yesterday, I had bought something and they gave me a free kitty cat keychain. Too bad I don't have a key chain place thingy to put it on. It's so cute and it's kneeling over!
Sorry for the crappy picture quality. I'm still working on a DIY bangle that I wanted to write a tutorial on but the string on the bangle is loose. I can't wrap it tight enough!
I found this really cute hat in my drawer the other day, it must have been like 3 years since I've worn it. Anyways, I was looking at the buttons and thinking that I could use these for a really cute project.

The Rant Challenge: Twilight vs. Harry Potter
Twilight vs. Harry Potter
Really? This has honestly gone on for too long. This post is long over-due. Why do people feel like that if they like something really, really much, then nothing will ever compare to it? What's the point of arguing about something that will never get resolved?
In my personal opinion:
I like Twilight better. I get that some Twilight fans are all like: "Oh my gosh! I like Twilight because it's sexier!" I don't like it when Twilight fans do that. Who cares if it's sexier? I like it because it's a modern day romance novel.
Harry Potter does have some perks though. I mean, it's extremely successful, the book is not bad and it does have some strong points.
Why I Like Twilight Better:
- it's a sweet story
- I fell in love with all the characters and their personalities
- Edward has the looks and the brains
- good writing
Why Harry Potter Might Be Better:
-unique plot
- teaches lessons
- they hate Twilight
-good writing
Really, I totally respect everybody's opinion but when you say that : " Twilight sucks because Harry Potter is better! " for no reason at all, I will argue.
Also, I really don't get why people keep making fun of Edward for being super hot. Do you go up to a super hot guy in your french class and say: "Yeah, I hate you because you are super hot." Like, stop the hating. There is no reason to make fun of guys that sparkle and are hot. I mean, some of the guys in your neighbourhood might have done that when they were 5 and they were going through their fairy phase.
Whoever wrote this obviously has never read the book. And now that that's off my chest I think I'll have another How I Live My Life up by tomorrow.
